In Florida, when there are 2 cases filed in the same court, one on child support and one on custody-visitation, is it safe to say that there is lack of subject matter jurisdiction when one subject is pulled into another case?

Both cases have subject-matter jurisdiction, and that wouldn't change if the cases were consolidated.
