Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A friend from Florida would like to adopt but it appears to her that adoption is an extremely expensive process. Do you have any feedback as to the route a couple with limited income can realistically take into the adoption process? Thank you.

Take out a 2nd mortgage and go to a an agency such as Gift of Life about $30,000. Get a a child through DCF or the Joshua House- free. There is also some agencies on line that aftertise helping you to come up with the funds for adoption.
