Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello my girlfriend which is 17 and I which Ian 21 just had our baby. My girlfriend lives with her mom and step dad. Her mom is constantly containing us what we should do with our kid. She black mails us that our son lives there and we have to do everything she says because then we are ungrateful for her having our son in our home. She keeps threatening to take our son from us. Me and our girlfriend are great parents. And her mom and my gf are constantly in these arguments loud, obnoxious arguments. Which is done right in front of my 1 month old boy. The first time they got into it my gf told me that my son woke upon the middle of the argument screaming off the top of his lungs and throwing up. I figured it was from stress. I don't likely son in that environment. Her mom is threatening me saying I can come tithe house to see my son and that my gf can't leave the house so we can have time together and I have time with my son. I know the mother is on foodstamps. Which on the application it states that she is a single mother that she don't work or does idk what she told them but I know the theory she has been on foodstamps for years now she has had a man paying all her bills for years now that she lives with. She put false information on the snap application so she was able to revive the benefits. I know that's illegal. Can my girlfriend leave her house without the mothers permission if she is 17 with a kid. Does the mother have the right to blackmail me and my gf? Does she have the right to keep me frommy son.? No I believe she dosnt I have my rights with my son. I know that and the problem isn't between me and the mother of my child because we are still together. But it's her mother that's the problem.

Until the girlfriend is 18 she is still a minor and has no rights. When she is 18 she can do what she wants.
