i have grandchildren in north carolina and i live in florida... they just got taken from my daughter i want to know do i have rights to them and if i do how can i go about gettin custody

You will need to consult with a North Carlolina attorney to know their laws and process. I would think the children's father would have priority for custody, but again, seek advice under NC law.
