Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a hearing in Florida for stalking and I'm the plaintiff and I don't have an attorney. The defendant has a attorney and he wants to depose about ten people. If I lose will I have to pay attorney fees including the cost for deposition?

There would need to be a hearing after the suit on the party that prevails. He/She would file for attorney fees and costs. It will then be up to the Judge as to whether or not the fees and costs will be paid by the loser.
