The honeymoon is over

All finances (money market,bonds) and house are in both our names. This was all his and changed when we married a year ago. Am I entitled to half if we divorce?

There is a presumption that those were marital gifts, making the assets subject to equitable distribution. If he cannot disprove they were gifts, your husband will have to argue for an uneven distribution of marital assets.
