Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Right to keep house and still receive child support

I'm currently separated from the father of my 3 children who left to Chicago when I was 2 months pregnant with my third child. He came back 2 months ago and since we don't love each other anymore we decided to get divorced. We have a house in common and we both agreed that since I have custody of the children, the house will be under my name. Now, I have a live in boyfriend and my husband is threatening to take the house and the kids away from me if he doesn't leave. What are my rights? Keep in mind we aren't divorced yet. Thanks.

Re: Right to keep house and still receive child support

The house is still just as much yours as it is his since it was purchased during the marriage. He can't just take it from you but it could become an issue in any divorce proceeding as well as who has custody of the children..
