Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I agreed to separate for two months. I told him that I was returning home and he said that he does not want me to come back and he wants a divorce. I told him that I have no where to live.

Before I left, we agreed that I should sign a release from the lease so that I could not be held responsible for bills and rent during my time away. We were not getting along and my husband told me if I leave, he would change the locks and divorce me. I took everything that belonged to me because I would not be allowed back in the house and he was going to change the locks. I told him that I will put it in storage up the street because I didn't want him to throw it out. He agreed.

Can I get a temporary order or injunction to allow me back to my residence? I had a temporary hold on my mail but that has been removed. My auto insurance (and his) is at the apartment address. My car registration is at the address. My Florida ID is at our old apartment address but in the same apartment complex. My voter registration is at the old address but in the same complex. That is my home and I want to return there (Florida).

If you are not on the lease, you probably have no right to be there. Why would you want to anyway? He doesn't want you there and you are headed for divorce. Find a friend or a relative and start getting your life back together.
