Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband has a child with a woman in Jamaica and he now lives in the US. Mother is unfit. How should we go about getting custody of his child to live with us in the US?

Hire a lawyer who has experience in international family law. This is not the kind of thing you should undertake on your own. You should be prepared to have the case take a long time and be expensive. It's one thing to get primary physical residence of a child within the US, its quite another when you have to negotiate international law and the laws of another country. Good luck.
