Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is a ward of the state of Florida as he has been incarcerated for life with no parole. I have not been in contact with him for over ten years. Therefor I cannot give him the divorce papers to signed let alone be notarized, How do I file without his signature? And part two of question do I have to have my address on document as I do not wish for his family to know my location for safety purposes?

You do not have to have your location on the papers. The papers are to be sent to the jail, c/o of the Warden. They will take care of serving and have them signed and notarized and returned to you.

He must be served in prison. The Florida Department of Corrections can give you the address for service, and you can look it up online at their website. You must list your address on the paperwork (contrary to what the other lawyer said), but you are permitted to use a PO Box.
