Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husbands ex wife refuses to let my husband see his son. She has full custody but according the their divorce decree, he's entitled to reasonable access to his son and visitations as the parties agree. But there is no middle ground. It's always what she says. And she refuses to let him have any contact. It's gotten to the point that he no longer knows who his real father is. They live in Arizona, we live in Florida, and their divorce was finalized in Maryland. Where do we begin to take action?

Impossible to give opinion without a complete document review. Florida probably does not have jurisdiction to act, Maryland or Arizona probably has. Speak to a local attorney and have the documents reviewed.
