Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husbaqnk wants a divorce, we are in bankrupcy & the payment needs to be made, plus we have a home & 2 cars. Not sure of route to go so that I don't maqke a mistake. I do not work, am 73 yrs old. need free advise. If you can be of any help please e mail me thank you.
