Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i was incarcerated and was married i was informed that my first wife had passed away i remarried in prison , then found out my first wife died 2 months aftewr i was married i want a divorce with compensation from my 2nd wife do i have a leg to stand on or am i not legally married.
