income deduction order

my son for whom i have been payihg by IDO has turned 18 and will graduate in 1 month. I filed A motion for modification of child support to terminate the IDO IS this the correct form or not The clerck of courts tells me 20 different things

Petition to Terminate Child Support...you want to stop support right or just change it?? If just change, then the petition to modify is correct. Probably the best place to look is the law library on the 29th Floor at Daley Center at the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education binders for a form.
