Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wants to try to get joint custody of my 14 year old daughter. She has lived with me all her life. He has only seen her a few times in her life, which the last time was in 2007 and he walked out of her life again. He just recently went to court because he has not paid his child support. He has no job and has a record. How likely is it that he would get some kind of custody?
