Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida. My marriage is almost at the Divorce level and my wife has bragged and admitted to me that she has emailed transcripts like medical records and legal records to her mother in Pennsylvania so that she will have them as "fire power" if we end up in court. My question is it legal for her Mother to have copies of my personal records that are not public? and even if they are, she is in another state so does that affect any thing? I want to know what steps I can do asap to get those records out of her Mothers possesion and off her computer?

Why are you trading quips with your wife. If you are getting a divorce you should speak to a divorce lawyer right away to weigh your options.
