Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If someone lives in the 50 states of the U.S., can 1 person in a marriage go to Puerto Rico and get a divorce w/o the other spouse present, or having any knowledge of the divorce happening? And if so, would it be honored in the 50 states?

Every state requires some form of Service of Process on the opposing party. Cannot comment of Puerto Rican law as they are not a state. Fraud is always a reason to set aside or not accept a document. See a local attorney with more specific information.
