Only one of you needs to be a Florida resident for you to file a divorce in Florida. You should have an attorney or private process server assist you in getting service on her in the other state. She does have a claim on your pension and personal belongings, though you have an argument that she is not entitled to half of the value of anything you own since the time of your separation. Whether she gets it is up to the judge. You should probably speak to a lawyer about this issue.
