Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been married for almost 3 yrs. and am seeking divorce. I retired after 28 yrs. The last 3 years were in a Drop Plan. It earned alot of money. I my wife entitled to any of this money. It is in a 10 yrs. anutiy right now. Does that make a difference.

In short, your wife is entitled to funds from your retirement plan. How much depends on the amount in the plan. 401Ks, pensions, and retirement are all considered to martial property once you are entitled to receive funds from these plans, your Wife would be able to receive the portion should was given during the divorce hearing.
