Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

modification of settelment agreement without knowledge

when a settelment agreement has been revised by the opposing attourney and the judge ordered it in the court then the opposing attourney changes and adds to the verbage without the courts knowledge. Can he do so legally and is thier a case law stating that I am being taken advantage of? I represented myself and I think he is trying to take advantage of me since I didn't have representation.

Re: modification of settelment agreement without knowledge
