Mother moving out of state

Can the child (15) decide who he want to stay with if mother decide to move out of state? If she do can I get custudy?

A 15-year-old cannot decide with whom he will live. It still requires a court order or the consent of both parents. The child cannot be moved out of state without permission of the noncustodial parent (according to the statutory procedure in section 61.13001) or the judge.
