parent rights before divorce

My wife left Fl. to Mi. on vacation and decided not to come home and has my 2children and her son my step son. I found out through friends she is getting an apartment and is going to file for divorce. I think she is going to try to enroll them in school there. She will not answer my calls or let me talk to the kids. The kids now have missed 2 weeks of school. Is this legal, and how do I get my kids back?

You can either file for divorce and custody and file a pick up order for the children or just file the custody action with the pick up order. You should file as soon as possible so that the case would be heard here in Florida.
