Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, when I picked up my son 8 yrs old from spending the weekend with his dad, he told me he was terrified because his dad left him home alone with his roommate 13yr old daughter that just moved in..My son suffers from depression and anxiety, he has never never been home alone,he actually can't stay in the living room without some one being around. My son says he went to look where the knifes were in the kitchen to defend himself if anything..Im worried, my son as well but he is scared of his dad torturing him next time for telling me this..What can I do legally?.Is not a good neighborhood either. His dad will take it back on us by hurting us emotionally..thank u

If you are not satisfied with the custody arrangement then you have to get the judge to change it.
