Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have primary custody of my 7 year old son. His mother was awarded one weekend a month and the whole summer. She does not communicate with him in any way all year. When she gets him for the summer, she does not keep him, she send him to her dads house. There is an ongoing DCF case because my son has stated his maternal uncle has molested him when he was with her. My son's mother does not believe him and continues to leave him alone with his uncle. Nothing has been done since they have "no proof" Also, my son has identified and I have pictures of a bong at his mothers house, my son also stated a bong was spilled on him when he was with her. What are the chances I get her visitation switched to supervised visitation?

How did you come by the picture of the bong?

Does the uncle have any criminal history?

How is your son doing in school?

Can you prove that she sends the child to her father's.

How long ago was the DCF case opened? Do they know that mom continues to leave him with the uncle?

You might want to have a guardian ad-litem appointed.

If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.

You need proof of your accusations. Does she have a police record? Mr. Goldstein has given you some questions that need answers. Can you find other children that the Uncle has molested? Placing your son in that environment is child endangerment.
