Probation Violation

My son broke probation in Florida and moved to Utah. He now wants to return to Florida. Will he be arrested? What should he do to straighten this situation out?

Re: Probation Violation

He needs to obtain an attorney in Florida. In some cases, depending on the judge and the seriousness of the case the attorney may be able to arrange a hearing where he can turn himself in and avoid an arrest. In many cases, though, the court will not set a hearing until he turns himself in. If you wish to discuss this further, you may call me at (863) 648-1700.
