Promisory Note

If during our marriage there is a promisory note stating he will pay for all household expenses, my college education, transfer car and house to me, and pay child support and alimony if there were to be a separation and/or divorce due to adultery or inrecosilable differences because of the adultery. Will this be legal in civil and divorce court?
