Re: Public Notice

Each county in the State of Florida has a newspaper where legal notices may be published. You should be able to find out from the Clerk's office in the county in which you publish the name and telephone number of the same. Some counties have more than one publication that is certified. In South Florida, the Daily Business Review covers Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. There is also the Community Newspapers and the Florida (Floridian?) which are certified at least in Miami-Dade County.

You will need to publish a Notice of Publication according to the requirements of the court in the jurisdiction in which you are filing.

Good luck.
