Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

she wont sell

i own a home with my girl of 11 years, i paid for every cent but now that we are parting ways she wont let me sell. her name is on the house/loan so i am lost and dont know what to do. we have 2 boys so i told her i would go 50/50 on it but still cant get her to sign any papers so we can put it up FS. How can i get this house sold ASAP so i can move on

You will have to file a court action to split the property.
