Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex has served me with a petition for modification of child support. I am in agreement with his request. How do I answer? I can't seem to find a form for that. Is just a typewritten response enough to file with the court?

Hi. The easiest thing for the two of you to do to save yourselves and the court a bunch of time would be to draft a proposed agreed order granting the petition for modification. The other thing you can do is to show up at the hearing and agree to the entry of an order.
