Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have shared custody with my ex-husband. I can not deal with him he refuses to communicate in any other manner than e-mails because he can still have a sense of control. He has told me that if I want to speak with him about matters on the phone the call would be recorded. He sends me e-mails blaming me for the fact that my son unfortantely has to repeat first grade this year. He told me that I would not have a say in anything this year he is in fact doing the opposite of everything I say to him just to spite me . He is very angry because the revenue service went after him for back child support and ever since that began in April he has been nastier, more controlling, manipulative and trying to controll every situation possible. He also, writes up his own schedules and sends them to me claiming if I don't follow it and go and pick up our son whenever he has him and take him to school he will move him out of the school he is in and put him closer to his house in another county . I have also, told him it is no problem for me to pick our son up everyday from school and on his days he's with his dad I will still pick him up and meet him later at a mutual destination. but, he went ahead and put him in aftercare for those days just so, I wouldn't have him.

I also, fear for my son's safety my ex carries a gun for work and according to my son he has let him hold the bullets and play with them. I have also, expressed my concerns for our sons health as well as the school system and his doctor he is overweight and needs to eat healthier my ex refuses and continues to give him unhealthy food and said its ok he will grow into his fat. I at this point am concerned about my sons safely and well being and even though the laws in Florida state they enforce shared custody in my situation could it be possible to get full custody because the actions and reactions of his father are not for the benefit of our son he is just using him to get back at me.

You need to get all the documentation together the emails, the threats made by phone if any, and file for a modification of timesharing and custody.
