Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

are social security disability insurance and veterans benefits to a widow subject to garnishment for child support and if so how would i, as the minors legal guardian apply for garnishment as i cannot afford an attorney?

Get an attorney. DOR plays VERY dirty and doesn't care what the law says. Both benefits are not subject to garnishment but the cash flow to you is subject to seizure from your bank. There are percentage limits but they are ignored sometimes. The judge has to remain neutral and cannot be on your side, or DOR's.
