Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My soon to be ex and I spent 3 hours in mediation only to find out that the mediator used the wrong formula when determining child support. He used 2 children not one, however I assumed all debts incurred and dropped back child support from 1.5 years owed. What do I do?

You can find child support calculators online. Figure out the correct child support and file a corrected (or amended) child support guidelines worksheet. If a judgment has already been entered, file a motion for relief from judgment based on mutual mistake. You probably ought to get a lawyer to help you with all this.
