for the year we were separated?

My SS# will be on all his returns for

the rest of my life,I will be receiving

permament alimony.He is very

deceiving,I need to protect myself.

Re: Taxes after divorce

Yes you can get a copy of tax returns through discovery procedure in the divorce case. Why do you state that your SS will be on his tax records for you it will be income and for him tax deductible. Did you have an attorney for this divorce? Please contact our office for a telephonic or in person consultation to further discuss your case.
