YOu will need to file for a divorce in the county in which you last resided. Publish the notice inthe paper for constructive service and if she does not response, you can have a default entered and then attend a 15 minute hearing to dissolve the marriage.

It is important to first check the requirements and procedures to get divorced in the country where you live now because the constructive service notice via newspaper does not work everywhere.

You will need to get divorced and later remarry your new spouse (the one you married within 2010) whatever option of divorce you ll choose.

Another option to get divorce quickly is to search for your first wife via www.intellius.com, assuming she is still in US. Once located, if she agrees to the divorce, you can file for a fast divorce in Dominican Republic where a mutual consent divorce can be obtained in less than 3 weeks.
