Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been unemployed since December and can't find work. I have been giving all of my unemployment money to my ex-wife for child support and paying my other debts out of what savings I had. Now I have no more unemployment benefits and my savings is almost gone. What can I do? I can't pay my child support now.

You should have filed for a modification of child support before you ran out of money. Do so now and the amount should be reduced to an amount that you can pay.
