Depending on the courts in Tampa you can get a divorce with using sworn testimony with a court reporter and a consent final dissolution of marriage. You will need to know where she is and have her do the testimony.

Not familiar with "One Signature Divorce". If you contact her and she agrees that is an uncontested divorce and is usually quick and can be done in less than 30 days; both parties must sign the paperwork. If she does not agree you must file for a Contested DOM and go thru the entire system. I would recommend you have an attorney assist.
