i brioke mt ankel on 9-12-08 am on fmla until 12-10-08.my dr released me with limitation. i was told i cannot go back to work with the limits i have and i should have my dr change my limits. if my employer won't let me return can i collect unemployment

If your employment is TERMINATED through no fault of your own you can receive unemployment. If you are still covered under FMLA that means that your employer hasn't terminated you
