My car

I have a car that I have paid for, for 3

years..The car is in my mothers name,

my mother took my truck and

threatens to sell it, Can she legally do

that..?

If it is your car, why is it in your mother's name? If it is titled in her nmame she may very well be able to sell it. You may have some equitable lien interest in the car, but it would depend on what the agreement is between your mother and you as to how it is titled in her name but you pay for it.
