Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

what classifies harassment?

My ex and I recently split about a month ago. I have been in contact with her via text and phone calls. But mostly just saying Hi and seeing how she is doing. And in regards to our pets that we had or have together since there is two of them and we decided to split them up. I have one pet and she has another. I guess what I am getting to is she is weird sometimes and has in the past claimed harassment when we split and we were in contact the same ways as stated above text, call or email. What classifies harassment?
