Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My husband and I own a home together. his adult daughter has lived with us for the past two years. I want her to leave and have expressed this to her and him; however, I don't believe my husband does because he will not ask her to leave. What is my course of action to get her out of my house?

You and your husband need to get on the same page. If you both have equal rights to be in possession, you don't have a right to get rid of her on your own
