Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am a lawyer in Brazil and have been working on this case where a joint agreement was breached by a company A on the provision of "the business developments will be made by the parties together" .The law choosen by the parties however, was the law from the state of florida. Can anyone help giving me the highlights of florida's contract law for this matter?
