Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am a VP Officer/directior for an active corporation in the State of Florida, however the Registered Agent of the corporation signed a settlement for the corporation and this settlement was filed by the State of florida. I did not sign this document. Do I still have any rights?
