Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My son was drinking at a friends house. He left the house with 2 friends and drove away. He crashed into a tree and one of his friend died. My son is now serving time in prison. Can I sue the house where my son was drinking?

Possibly, although the question is whether you could collect. Was it a parents home or a young kid? If parents and they have assets or homeowners insurance you may be able to collect on a claim. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss further. www.behrenlaw.com

This depends on whether the parents were aware of the drinking and their insurance policy. See wwwl-PI-lawyer.com

It is a possibility that you may have a claim against the homeowners, but we would need to hear more about what happened and who was involved. Our office has handled similar cases in the past. We offer a free initial consultation and would be happy to discuss the situation with you.
