Lost Wallet

I lost my wallet with about $100 in it. About 5 days later the wallet was mailed to my address and there was no money but everything else was there. No charges were made to the cards. I think I know who took it. Can I pursue this legally?

No. Unless you can PROVE who took it, there is no action to take. You should just be very grateful to have your wallet back and only be out 100 bucks.
