possibly being sued pt 2

Well the page the blog was on would have had to be sought out by her. Nobody who read it knew who I was talking about except her. Problem is she has posted many things about my mental health(calling me psycho) and my unborn child saying she felt sorry for it and that my baby was conceived due to large amounts of alcohol (which is not true)this is the second time she has threatened me with legal action and its stressing me out big time. I have not lied about anything and have been ''leaving her alone'' for a couple of months now. I have now deleted my page as well and asked her through a message to her husband to leave me and my family alone. She has copied my blogs. How does she prove she didn't copy them and change them?

She can't really do much, i think, based on what you post. She would have to prove that what she has were your posts. If she sues, she has the burden of proof. If she is defaming you, you might have a claim against her, but they are costly, time consuming and very stressful -- probably not worth the mess or hassle.
