Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I was renting condo from my father and his wife for 9 years. My father died this march, he left me this condo in his will, but the deed belongs to his wife as a surviver. I STOP paying the rent because I want my inheritance now, I consider this condo my home.My father's wife wants me to be evicted.There is no good communication between us. What chance do I have to get this condo?

The answer depends on how title reads on the deed. If it was held by both, as survivor, she is the owner.

I think it also must depend on the language of the will, if he wanted you to have it, Im not sure why the will would not take priority over the deed.
