Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Repeated Violence

I have been wrongfully accused of repeated violence after I confronted the "other woman" twice in an attempt to save my marriage. There were no threats or violence. However, once the relationship was terminated by my husband she process the injunction prohibited me from visiting my husband's work place, since she also worked there. Clever way of having my husband for 8 hours and keeping me out of the picture. I retained a lawyer and left work early to attend court. The plaintiff never showed up and the injunction was dismissed. To my surprise, the judge didn't impede a fine on the plaintiff for wasting the court's time. I feel there was an injustice done. I am the victim here! Is there anything I can do?

You hired an attorney; did you ask him this question? Attorneys fees are payable by the other party when a frivolous claim is brought and resolved favorably to you.JMC
