Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
we sell double registered pit bull terrier dogs for show and are of an excellent pedigree with championship titles yadda yadda. there is a couple that is slandaring the quality of our dogs to potential buyers its all really stupid however it is getting worse to the point of emails being sent to other states etc. how can this be legally stopped or is it even worth it

Send a cease and desist letter to them. If they don't stop, you might be able to get an injunction, but certainly can get damages.
