Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Settlement Acceptance

I recently recieved an offer for settlement and told my attorney to accept the offer without signing any paperwork. I accepted this offer at about 4:30 pm and called my attorney at 9:00 AM the following morning to decline the offer. What are the legal ramifications of me doing so? Do I have the right to decline the offer and go to trial?
