Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
we sold a motorcycle and now the guy wants his money back, are we obligated to give it back we r not a business and posted an ad on craigslist, they guy come out looked at the bike started it vup and said he would take it, that was sunday and its tuesday now and he wasnts his money back or he says hes gonna take us to court does he have a leg to stand on?
